Quick Update

Hi Everyone--

Just stopping in to say I'm still here and still working away!

Almost finished with the copy edits for SECOND CHANCE. Yay! And once more I cried when I read through it again. This was such an emotional book for me to write. Hope it brings tears and smiles to you too when you read it. I'll give it one more run through before I send it on its merry way Monday. Then it's buckle down time once more. Still finishing up LAST CHANCE. I so love these characters. Have you ever run across characters when you're reading and think you'd love to go have a cup of coffee with them and just listen to them talk to each other? That's the way I feel about McKenna and Lucas. They are just so much fun to listen to. So full of heart and life. I can't wait for you to meet them!

Okay, I promise, very very soon, maybe even late next week, I will be putting up an excerpt of SECOND CHANCE. I promise, it's coming!

Until next time, hope you get a chance to enjoy this wonderfully, beautiful fall weather and you take some time to curl up with a great book.

Wishing you all the best.

Christy,
I cannot wait to 'meet' these characters - from all the new books. They sound amazing!
I'm loving the cooler weather, but the rain continues here. It's great if you're home with a book, but inside recess with 100 9 year olds is getting old! lol
Happy writing.

Thanks, Kara!

And wow, you're my hero! Staying inside with 100 nine year old kids. Takes a special person.

Hope you get a chance to relax and curl up with a good book this weekend.

Hi Christy
Waiting for these books is making me cry LOL. Sounds like another terrific series. We have our Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend
so 3 days off to cook & clean.
Playing tennis indoors now so I've accepted that summer is over.
Take care.

Happy Thanksgiving to you, Mary. Hope you have a wonderful holiday and that you get a chance to curl up with a good book.

Enjoy your tennis. One of my favorite sports!
