Recommend Monday! (edited for update)

Good Monday All!

Hope you had a great week and weekend! Mine was fabulously busy. Jared, Mia and I went away for a long weekend. And though there were some tense moments, many of which involved yelling and snarling, I think we've come to an understanding. Wish us luck that it will last!

Much of this week will be filled with Dylan and Jamie. SWEET REVENGE copyedits arrived on Saturday. (According to my husband, who called to say that a GIGANTIC package arrived from Random House) LOL Sounds like I have my work cut out for me.

Lots of fun things going on in the Reece household. Today is my hubby's birthday. So in between polishing up Dylan and Jamie's story and pounding out Mia and Jared's book, I'm going to be celebrating the day my true love was born. Now that's what I call a good day!

The back cover blurb for SWEET REWARD is now up on my website. Yay! Just click on to the SWEET REWARD page. You can also see it on my Facebook page. Here's that link:

Tell me what you think! I've not even had a peek at the cover yet, but I've been told it's going to be spectacular. Can't wait!

Don't forget that the Brenda Novak Auction for Diabetes Research is still going on through the end of May. Lots of great items to bid on and I noticed the bidding on my donation is low, so if you want to grab signed copies of all six of the LCR books for yourself or someone else, here's your chance and you'd be helping a wonderful cause too. Here's that link again:

No recommends for me this week. Reading while I'm on deadline is difficult, but I do look forward to having some free reading time once I'm finished. Now that'll be a SWEET REWARD!

Okay, that's it for me. Don't forget, our countdown to the release of SWEET JUSTICE continues tomorrow with a discussion of RUN TO ME. There will be prizes, so come prepared to chat and have a great time!

See you back here tomorrow. Now, tell us what great books we should be reading!

I loved:

Rock Hard by Olivia Cunning
Hunt Her Down & Make Her Pay both by Roxanne St. Claire.

I reread parts of Just One Taste by Louisa Edwards and Unlawful Contact by Pamela Clare because I don't know what to read next.

Happy Monday everyone. I only have two recommends. I read Love at First Flight by Marie Force. I have had this on my Nook for a long while now, and kicking myself for not reading it sooner. It was a really good book.

I also read the first book in Loralei James Rough Rider series. I wish I would have known it was an erotica book BEFORE I started reading it, but I still liked the storyline.

I haven't decided what to start next, I have a few new-to-me authors that are begging to be read, so I may move on to them.

Have a great week everyone...

P.S. Kris, sorry you didn't care so much about those boys, I really thought you would like them.

Hi Everyone,
Happy birthday to your husband Christy - I wish you both a wonderfull day!

I read "Someone like you" by Susann Mallery last week and it was a fast pleasant read although I thought some parts of the story were a bit unrealistic.

I reread RUN TO ME of course and next on my list is "crush on you" by Christy Ridgeway and then I will start with " three all new steamy spring-break tales " ( that was the intriguing description on the cover) by Lori Foster, Susan Donovan and Victoria Dahl ( one of my price )winning books, yay.

Looking forward to tomorrows discussion.

Christy I hope your hubster has a wonderful birthday!!
I am looking forward to talking about Ethan!! Even though I have two copies of Run to Me I had to get it on my Nook since all my paperback books are in Missouri! I love me some Ethan for sure..
Anyway last week I read three by Sarah MacLean
Nine Rules to Break when Romancing a Rake
Ten ways to be Adored when Landing a Lord
Eleven Scandals to start to win a Duke's Heart.
I really enjoyed these books! I hope she is planning on another one in this series!

I'm reading Dead before Morning by Beverly Barton. It's the latest Powell Agency book. It's great so far.

It's a little sad reading it knowing there won't be another one.

Hey Mary! Thanks for the recommends. And there's nothing better than a reread of a great book when you can't decide what else to read.

Hope you'll drop by tomorrow for the RUN TO ME discussion!

LOL Ronlyn, that sounds exhausting and kind of painful too. Hope things slow down for you soon.

Be sure to come by tomorrow. Okay?

I've been meaning to try Loralie James. And now, when I do, I'll be prepared for something 'hot'. (:

And two copies of RUN TO ME plus one on your Nook. Wow! I 'heart' you!

I've heard great things about Sarah MacLean's books. In fact, I think I have the first one on my Kindle. I'll look forward to reading it soon.

Look forward to chatting with you about Ethan tomorrow!

Hey Terri! I noticed that this book is still on Amazon, so perhaps they're still planning to release it?

Hope you'll stop by tomorrow for the RUN TO ME chat!

Hey Jackie! Thank you. I'll give him your message.

Wasn't Rumor Has It a movie? Is this kind of like Bridget Jones Diary? Sounds like fun!

See you back here tomorrow for the RUN TO ME chat!

"Rumor Has It" was a movie with Kevin Costner but this book isn't exactly like it. All the ones so far that I have read are all good.
