Recommend Monday

Good Monday All!

Hope you had a wonderfully relaxing weekend and you read some fabulous books that you're going to be telling us about today.

I have news! Well, sort of an announcement. Ahem...

Yipee!!!! Woohoo!!!! Woot!!!!! Yayayayayayay!!! Squee!!!

CHANCES ARE is finished!!!!!!!!

Of course there are copyedits, formatting and other things I have to do to get it ready for you but we're closer than ever. I can't give you an exact day--I wish I could. Be assured, the moment CHANCES ARE goes up for sale on any site, you will hear from me! :)

Also, I wanted to thank you so much for your input in serials, cliffhangers and what I should concentrate on next. I'm pleased to tell you that I started a new Last Chance Rescue novel. So far, details on sketchy to the max. However, I have the titles and they are: RUNNING ON EMPTY, RUNNING SCARED, and RUNNING WILD. Stay tuned for more details as the stories progress. Who are the characters? So far, I believe it will be Sabrina Fox, Riley Ingram (you met her in SWEET REWARD and will get to know her better in CHANCES ARE) and last but not least Aidan Thorne. Beware, things could change but that's the plan as of March 25, 2013 at 8:40 AM.

In between talking to new characters, I read an ARC of a wonderful romantic suspense by Naima Simone. It's called Secrets and Lies: Gabriel. I think it goes on sale in June, so be on the lookout for it. It's emotional, suspenseful and sizzling, my favorite kind of read!

Okay, that's it for me. I'm headed to some foreign location--not sure where yet--to see what an LCR character has got up her sleeve.

Be sure to check back later this week when I'll be sharing an exclusive excerpt from CHANCES ARE. One here and one on the Last Chance Rescue on Facebook.

Hope you all have a fantastically productive week. Now tell us what we should be reading!

Hello Christy,
I am still sitting at home..snowbound! I have not been on for a while since I have been re-reading Cherry Adair books. This weekend I re-read Debra Webb's first book in her Faces of Evil series. the first three are being released as paperbacks on Tuesday so be on the look out for Obsession, Power and Impulse.

Super psyched for Chances Are!!!

I just finished the Kristin Ashley Unfinished Heroes series...Knight, Creed, and Raid. Didn't really love Knight, Creed was awesome and very emotional, and Raid was a bit lighter and a good one. I also read Along Came Trouble by Ruthie Knox...totally cute story.

Spring Break this week and, like most, we have snow!! Boo!! I'm so ready for warmer weather.

I just finished reading Jaycee Clark's series "The Kinncaid Brohers".....they were five of the best books I have ever read. Sexy heros, strong women, fantastic storylines. The Kinncaids are a tight-knit, loving family who are always there for each other (whether they want it or not). I highly recommend this series to anyone who enjoys romantic suspense!!!

Hello Monday! It's cold and windy in my city. I'm going to continue reading in between loads of laundry.

I just finished "Olivia," by Donna Sturgeon, a new-to-me-author. A very different twist on contemporary romance but a fun-to-read one that I recommend.

Also, finished J.D. Robb's 36th book, "Calculated In Death." This series still has me hooked. I think it has something to do with Roarke!

So excited that CHANCES ARE is finished and soon to be released. And I'm beyond excited to learn the news of MORE Last Chance Rescue books!! That news alone makes this week pretty darn perfect already!

Hope everyone enjoys a great week that includes really good reads!!

Hi Christy!

YAY! Can't wait to read Chances Are! Aiden((sigh)) so much to look forward to!

I have two recs this week Lone Rider by Lauren Bach, a really good read for those of us who love bikers and Someone to Watch Over You by Judith McNaught. The puppy teeth marks and missing cover on Someone to Watch Over You didn't detract at all from Judith's awesomeness!

Have a great week everyone!
