Good Monday All!
Hope you had a restful, fun-filled weekend that included some great reads you can't wait to tell us about.
I finished up my page proofs for MIDNIGHT LIES and sent them back early. Never done that before. Felt good! I adore Samantha's and Quinn's love story and can't wait for you to read it.
Also, the audio of MIDNIGHT SECRETS releases today. I noticed that if you already have it on Kindle, you can get the Audible audio for $3.99, which is an awesome price and I jumped on it. If you listen to the audio version, be sure to let me know what you think.
I know I promised you a long post to answer questions about the future of LCR and what's up next. It is coming. I'm almost finished and plan to post it this week. Hopefully it'll clear up any lingering confusion as well give you some news about other projects.
Since I finished my page proofs early, I took advantage of some downtime and read Cynthia Eden's Mine To Take, a sexy, suspenseful read, which I really enjoyed. It's still only $.99 but I'm not sure how long that will last.
Okay that's it for me. Be sure to check back later this week for my update post. Have a great week all!
And now, tell us what we should be reading!

Hi All!
Christy, congrats on getting the work done early! Glad you got to read a book and enjoy some of the free time.
I have the Cynthia Eden in my TBR pile, so might have to move it up.
I can't wait for the LCR update, so no worries on my checking back.
Lots of travel time for me last week, which means I got to read some really great books!
Fatal Mistake- Book 6 in the series by Marie Force. I LOVE this series. Love it!
I also read the first two books in Kristen Ashley's Chaos series. Own the Wind and Fire Inside. I think she has another hit with this series also.
Have a great week everyone!
Hey everyone!
Christy- way to go on sending your page proofs off early! I bet that was a good feeling. I can't wait for the update on LCR and the new stuff going on in your world.
Summer is definitely here in Oklahoma. I miss my Wyoming and Colorado summers. No humidity and slightly cooler temps.
Last week I read: The Prince In Love and The Prince's Bride by Julianne MacLean.
Hope everyone has a great week!!
Hi Everyone!
I love Cynthia Eden's RS! I picked up Mine to Take this weekend, and I've heard lots of good things about it! I'll have to move it up the list.
Funny...I got a Paperwhite as an anniversary gift and I've been reading paperbacks recently! LOL! Last week I read and really enjoyed Linda Howards All the Queen's Men.
Happy Reading All!
Hello and Happy Monday!!!
Summer has finally arrived in Nova Scotia and we have had a glorious weekend.....perfect weather for relaxing on the deck with a cold drink and a good book!!!
This week I'm recommending Alexa Grace's Deadly Series. This series consists of 3 full length novels: Deadly Offerings, Deadly Deception, Deadly Relations followed by a holiday novella; Deadly Holidays.
All of these books are great reads. Interesting characters, well thought-out plots sexy men and intelligent, strong women who can't resist them!!
I'm a series reader, I love starting at book 1 and seeing the adventures thru to the send and Alexa Grace's Deadly Series met all my needs!!!
Enjoy your week everyone!!!!!
Hi Christy, hi Everyone,
after a really tough time this year I needed a time out for a while, but I am back now to my normal routine and posting on R.M. is part of it.
(I need to catch up with the posts of the last two month).
Christy, I am looking forward to your post about the future of LCR.That cliffhanger left me wondering - but hopefully Noah will just move the LCR headquaters back to the US and continue his work from there.
I have some recommends:
Oposing Forces by Adrienne Giordano ( its the newest release in her Provate Protector series and it didn´t disappoint).
Fatal Exposure by Gail Barrett (a new to me author).Great story with some heavy baggage for both the hero and the heroine to overcome.
Buried by Kendra Elliot ; after "Chilled" and "Hidden" I think it is her best so far .
And finally another series:
The Bodygard of L.A. series by Cate Beaumann:
1. Morgans Hunter
2. Falling for Sarah
3. Hayleys Truth
4. Forever Alexa
Happy reading Everyone!
Finally had a slight break from the 95-100 degree weather. This weekend it was low 80's, so nice.
So my recommends:
-Fever by Maya Banks (Not my fav of this series so far, but still good.)
-Beautiful Bastard by Christina Lauren (Not what I was expecting, I liked it more than I thought I would)
-Rule by Jay Crownover (liked this one a lot, first in the series book 2 is Jet)
-Entwined With You by Sylvia Day(Loved this one, read it in one day)
-Down To You by M. Leighton (I didn't think I was going to like this one but I really did, book 2 is out soon)
Okay, well thats it for me. Now on to cleaning my house. :(
Happy Reading!!
Great job Christy!!!
Hopefully that means we'll get the book sooner??!!??
I was on Cape Cod last week dealing with my mom and, for the most part, it was hectic, but we did get to spend some time on my brother's boat and enjoy the glorious weather.
I didn't read much of anything last week, but I'm about halfway through with Ruthie Knox's new one, Flirting with Disaster...and I'm really enjoying it.
Have a good week everyone.
Just read the "Dirty Little" series by Julie Leto. I also read Kristen Ashley and Linda Howard and agree with prior posters!
Great recommendations everyone. I purchased a couple already. Hope you found some good ones too.
Elke, welcome back! I'm so happy to see you here. You were missed!
Hope you all come over to today's Recommend Monday. With the long holiday weekend coming up, we'll need lots of great books. See you there!
