Wow, you're starting early this morning. Have you had your coffee yet? :)
This week I read Angel's Peak by Robyn Carr, which is a good book for those who have followed that series. Also read, Snowfall on Willow Lake, another series, this one by Susan Wiggs, Back in Black by Lori Foster, Dead Right by Cate Noble, and NO CHANCE by Christy Reece. All good books. Guess my favorite? LOL
I'm now reading the sequel to Dead Right, Whew...No wonder I can't get my house clean.
Hope your blog travels are fun and successful. Have a great week. Uh, with your hectic schedule, should I remind you that recess should still be a vital part of every day? :)

I didn't get a CHANCE to do much reading this weekend because we actually had nice weather and so we grabbed the CHANCE to get outside.

But I did read Moonlight Road by Robyn Carr and it was good! Just what you expect for a Carr book.

I also read Slow Heat by Jill Shalvis and I really enjoyed it! Another great addition to her baseball series!

I am so excited for tomorrow! I can't believe that I am wishing to not get a job interview but only for tomorrow! The kids being in school will give me a CHANCE to read the book in quiet :) LOL!

It was a crazy week for my this past week but I did get a CHANCE to read Deeper Then The Dead by Tami Hoag. It was a good book and the word I would use to describe it is twisted. Good luck on your first day book sales and hopefully making the NY Times best book list.i

Oh boy Christy it looks like you are going to be one busy woman this week! I'll try and stop by all your blogs. Anyway....

This week I read Too Hot to Hold and Hold on Tight by Stephanie Tyler. Great books! Thank you guys for recommending them! I also reread Return to Me. Always great to reread those Last Chance Rescue books!!! I am currently on the second story in the book No where to Run by Suzanne Brockmann.

Can't wait until tomorrow!! I have a feeling its going to be a GREAT day!!

Hi Christy! Congratulations on the release of "No Chance" tomorrow, I can't wait. I was finally able to get my hands on "Return to Me", so that's what I read this weekend. Now I know why everyone loves Noah! I'm just as excited to read Gabe's story, especially after reading the excerpt. I wish Tuesday was here already!

Hey everyone! I'm not ignoring you, I promise! I got a late start this morning. I posted this blog this morning before I went to bed and then ended up sleeping late! So I'm in the midst of getting caught up everywhere!

Keep the great recommends coming and I'll be back a bit later to respond. Promise!

Oh, and great to see lots of CHANCES here too! (:

Well, I got to read Christy's No Chance this past weekend and it was great. So, I think everyone knows my book recommendation for this week :-). It was totally worth the wait.

Christy - Congrats on tomorrow's release. I really enjoyed Gabe and Skylar's story!!

Christy Reece said...

Thanks, Kara! I'm so glad you enjoyed NO CHANCE!

Wow, you got a lot of reading done last week. That's fabulous! Thanks for adding to my growing list of reads. And for adding my name to that list. (:

Going to take a recess break soon. Thanks for the reminder!

Hey Aly. We had beautiful weather here too. Doesn't it just make you ache for Spring?

I have got to start reading Robyn Carr. Everyone is reading and recommending her. Feel so left out! And, once again, reminded that I need to read Jill Shalvis too. Sigh. I think I need to take a speed reading course!

Hope you get the job, Aly! That way, NO CHANCE will be even better because you'll be happy when you're reading it. (:

Hey Sarah, love Tami Hoag books! She can write twisted characters, can't she? Fascinating!

Thanks for the good wishes on my sales. They don't start counting toward lists until release day, so fingers crossed that sales will soar tomorrow!

Christy Reece said...

Yay, CMAC! Another successful Recommend Monday read and another fan for the awesome Stephanie Tyler!

Looking forward to hearing from you tomorrow too. Going to be some fun had by all!

Christy Reece said...

Hey Amber, thanks so much! And I'm so glad you finally got to read RETURN TO ME and enjoyed it. I do have a special place in my heart for Noah. LOL. Good thing, that, since he's in all the LCR books!

Happy that you're looking forward to Gabe's story too!

This past weekend I read Leslie Parrish's "Pitch Black." I can't wait to read the third book in the series.

Christy Reece said...

Hey Jane. I bought Leslie Parrish's trilogy a while back because I'd heard so much about them. I need to move them closer to the top.

Thanks for the recommend!

Congratulations Christy that is awesome!!

Christy Reece said...

Hey, Ida. You can stay longer. We won't bite. (:

Christy Reece said...

Hi Kara, thanks so much!

Yes, SECOND CHANCE has every LCR character from the first trilogy in it. Eden and Jordan play a pivotal role; Ethan and Shea do too. Then, of course, there's Noah. Samara doesn't appear. But she makes up for it in LAST CHANCE. (:

Christy Reece said...

Hey Kerry, thanks for the recommends! And thanks for rereading my trilogy. Hope it puts you in the mood to read NO CHANCE.

Be sure to come by tomorrow for the fun!

Hi Christy & all the Reece's Peeces
You are a busy girl this week. So exciting. The triple Gabe thing is a great idea. Happy Release Day tomorrow.
Kara C with the housework. Reminds me of my son. I was beta reading & my son asked if the author was going to send someone to clean the house LOL.

Christy Reece said...

Thank you, Mary. And definitely need to explore the Gabefest idea!

I am running late but next Monday I will be on time!!!

Kara, you have gotten me and Mama Gail started on Robyn Carr's books. Especially Mama Gail, she now wants all the Virgin River series. lol Read Lora Leigh's Nauti Deceptions and No Chance (which was great). Heading out to pick up 2 more copies of No Chance for friends and family then I have to wait on the repairman to fix my dryer. What is it with Kenmores these last few months? :)
Hopefully this week I can hit the guest blogs Christy is doing. I really hating missing the others. :(
